Refund Policy
At Essential Window Cleaners, we take pride in providing reliable, high-quality exterior and window cleaning services. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we aim to resolve any issues professionally and promptly.
1. Service Satisfaction
If you’re not fully satisfied with the service you received, please let us know within 24 hours of the work being completed. We’ll always aim to put things right, which may include returning to re-clean the affected area at no extra cost.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally only offered under the following conditions:
• You notify us of a service issue within 24 hours
• The issue is due to work not being carried out as agreed
• We are unable to resolve the issue with a re-clean or another solution
Refunds are not offered for:
• Situations outside our control (e.g. poor access, weather interruptions, pre-existing damage)
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Subjective dissatisfaction where services were delivered as described and agreed
3. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.
