4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We take care to carry out all work professionally and safely. However, Essential Window Cleaners is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our services. All work is covered by public liability insurance.
